Va Bene...

As some of you are coming over a few days early before the Tour, or staying a few days after, you may want to make a lunch or dinner reservation while in Rome, Florence, Lake Como or wherever you're going...  If you don't speak Italian, this can sometimes at first feel uncomfortable... But don't let it be...  Know that they of course want to take your reservation, and even if you don't speak a word of Italian, they'll likely take your reservation if they have availability... But as we've mentioned before, be polite (start with: Buona Sera), try at least a few words of Italian... Use "per favore" (please)...   they'll respect you for trying even if you murder it (remember the 1% rule)... Doing a few of these things will help get you a better table, a better time slot, and ultimately a better experience! Pick up a few pointers here on this video from our favorite Italy Vlogger Kylie Flavell...  and feel confident about making the reservation!
