What most of the big operators offer is basically a linear experience; just sight-seeing... They put large groups on a bus, and drive them long distances from city to city... They stay in busy tourist hotels in the crowded cities, and often the few meals they offer are in the hotel's restaurant or a nearby banquet hall... To exist in this competitive market as a boutique operator, we counter-program; We offer the exclusivity of very small groups, 11 guests verses 50... We help to give you the confidence, independence & adventure of driving your own cars as a way to engage in the culture, as opposed to just sitting on a bus... Your accommodations are in our magnificent Villa on a sprawling & majestic 2200 acre Wine & Olive Oil Estate... and of course we have daily Happy Hour Parties with wonderful Alfresco Dinner Parties prepared by our private Chefs on the Grand Terrace at The Villa!

While it's easy to find Tuscan wines here in the US, it's much more difficult to find authentic Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil... and if you can, it's typically way beyond what most of us are willing to pay... This is why we always save space in our luggage to bring home a couple bottles of oil... You may want to do the same!
