So someone has reached out and asked if we can arrange or recommend a cooking class while they're in Tuscany...
Cooking Classes in Tuscany are easy to find and arrange, but they're pretty time consuming; you typically have to travel to their kitchen and they're rather pricey, in the 140 to 160 Euro per person range... and then the classes are usually at least 3 hours once you get there, so you need to plan on at least 4 hours with travel.
But if you want something that's a little less of a time commitment, our Chef Angela offers a "Tuscan Pasta Making Class" for our guests. She does them in The Farmhouse Kitchen at The Villa typically on a Monday afternoon when we get back to The Villa. The good part about this is you don't have to travel anywhere for the class... The class is only about 2 hours long... (so you don't have to commit your free day) and here's the best part: she only charges our guests 30 Euro per person! (if you have at least 4 people). And of course on the bright side, there is an open Wine, Beer & Prosecco Bar, an array of snacks, and a wonderful swimming pool! Angela makes it a little more casual, and a lot more fun!
